We listen to your requests and needs to deliver a massage unique to your body. We don't ask you to choose a "Swedish Massage" or a "Deep Tissue Massage." This suggests that we only have two cookie cutter styles of massage therapy. Great Lakes offers a CUSTOMIZED MASSAGE designed especially for you. Our staff consists of highly intuitive and experienced practitioners. A session at GLRC can range from a relaxing Swedish style massage with a few hot stones to a deep tissue massage with Neuromuscular Therapy and stretching. The massage you receive will be expertly created through practitioner intuition and your own requests and feedback.

At Great Lakes Relaxation Center we charge one price for our customized sessions. We work with you to give you what you want and need. There is never an extra charge for deep tissue, muscle specific work, or to use a few hot stones. Why you ask? Because what one client considers a deep massage may be what another client considers a fluff and buff massage. Pay one price for what you need. Why put up with the confusion?

Your customized session includes a few hot stones, a hot towel, and the depth of pressure you desire. GLRC reserves the right to customize sessions further due to pregnancy, diabetes, or other health concerns.

Hot Stone Massage

Stone massage is an exceptional type of bodywork that uses the time proven applications of heat in the form of heated basalt stones. Stones are placed on your body, tucked under your body, and warm oiled stones glide over your skin delivering soothing heat to your muscles. Imagine relaxing on a sun warmed pebble beach and totally letting go with the calming touch of massage.

Garnishes - Starting at $6

Increase the 'Ah' factor of your massage with a session garnish. Session garnishes are a great way to get a little more from your session or to change the focus of your session. Garnishes can be added to any 30 minute or longer massage session.
